Wash the managu thoroughly.remove the managu leaves from their stem, cut them into desirable sizes. Then wash the spinach leaves, cut them into small pieces, add to the managu and boil for 10 minutes.

Now remove the managu, into a dry sufuria, add 2 spoons of cooking oil, fry the onions to brown and the tomatoes and fry to become soft.

Then add the boiled managu and fry for two minutes, add your milk and leave to cook for 3 minutes, then serve with cool ugali.
