Steps

Heat ghee in cooker, add cumin seeds. As cumin start crackling, add moong dal and rice. Add salt mix well.

Add water as per requirement, and cook for 2-3 whistle add medium flame.

In a pan heat the ghee, and add cumin seeds, asafoetida and curry leaves As seeds starts crackling, add chopped onion.

Now add ginger, mix well and cook till golden brown. Add chopped tomato. Cook 3-4 min.

Now add all species. Mix well. Add little bit water, and cook 2 min.

Now add all vegetable and mix well. Add salt and 1/2 cup water. Cook it till all vegetables become soft.

Now add cooked dal and rice. Mix well. Cook for 5-7 min. Add green coriander... And serve it.
