Steps

Heat the olive oil in a wide pot and add the green onions. Sauté for a few minutes. Then add the garlic and continue sautéing.

Pour in the vermouth and stir. If you don't have vermouth, you can use white wine instead.

Wash the mussels thoroughly and add them to the pot along with the parsley. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Important: Do not eat any mussels that do not open after cooking!
