Soak Suji in curd and water. Add salt. Soak it for 3-4 hours. Batter should neither be very thick nor runny.

Then take tava, Grease it with oil. Pour a laddle of batter and give desired shape. Add chopped vegetables. Sprinkle little amount of salt and chaat masala. Pour refined oil on sides of uttapam.

Cook it from one side then cook it from another side. Ready to serve.
