Tomato, guar beans khichdi
Steps

Wash rice and dal. Soak for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes, heat ghee. Add hing, cumin seeds.

When colour of cumin seeds changes add black pepper powder, cloves.

When good aroma will come add guar beans, saute for few minutes.

Now add tomatoes, saute till it become soft.

Add rest of the spices. Mix well.

Add soaked rice and dal.

Add 5 cup of water and take whistle on sim gas.

Turn off the gas. When pressure comes out open the lid and serve with papad, curd.
