Megan's Simple Pancakes

Simple pancake reciepe that is sure to satisfy. If you have not got self-raising flour, you can use plain flour with 2 tsp of baking powder. This mixture can be used straight away or left to set in the fridge. It is recommended to allow the batter to settle in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before cooking. Leftover batter can be left in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl

Mix all wet ingredients in a jug

Add the contents of the jug into the bowl

Whisk until bubbles start to form in mixture

Melt some butter on a pan

Add a small, level circle of batter onto the pan

Once bubbles form in the pancake, it's time to flip it onto it's otherside
