Podi/ Milagu Idli

First dry roast podi masala until they turn golden. Switch off. Saute until the leaves turn crispy.

Cool these and powder finely along with enough salt.

Remove the Idlis from the mould. Allow to cool a bit.

Cut idlies into small pieces.

Now heat oil in a pan add onions and curry leaves, capsicum, tomatoes, ginger garlic paste,silt green chillies and saute for a min.

Add in idli, podi masala and salt, pepper powder and toss well.

Cover the pan with a lid and let it cook in medium heat for a minute.

Once done open the lid give a nice stir then lastly add some finely chopped cilantro. Serve hot.
