It's a simple recipe with lots of veggies and cheeses which makes it nutritious apart from being tasty. Easy to make and super tasty loved by children as well as adults.

Wash the rice and cook in lots of water. Add salt and a few drops of oil to avoid sticking. Drain and keep aside.

In a pan add oil. When heated add onion and fry for two minutes.

Add peas and carrot and fry for another 5 minutes.

Add corn and capsicum and fry for another 3 to 4 minutes.

Now mix all the ingredients (black pepper, chilliflakes, cumin powder) in a bowl and add to the veggies. Now add salt.

Make sure rice is cold before adding to the veggies and mix slowly.

Now transfer it into a microwave safe dish. Top it with cheese slice and microwave for 5 minutes.

Serve Hot
