1 kgGajar
4 tbsGhee
1 cupSugar
1/2 cupDry milk
3-4Elaichi
one cup fullKhoya

Steps

1

Peel, wash and grate carrots for halwa.

In a pan take gajar, ghee, elaichi and sugar and cook on slow flame. Do not cover the lid.

Bhonofy now
Cook till ghee comes out with good aroma.

Add dry milk and Bhonofy.

Off the flame
Add khoya n garnish with pista and Badaam.
