
Quick Cake
A simple chocolate cake for that something sweet after meals
Steps

Slowly add all dry ingredients to the egg and sugar mixture

In a bowl beat the eggs, add sugar and vanilla essence.

In a sieve combine flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and keep it aside.

Add oil/butter to the batter

You can also add roasted nuts to the batter.

If the batter seems too thick add little full cream milk to dilute the bater

Grease a baking tray and transfer the Batter to this tray

In a pre-heated oven put the cake in at 180 degrees bake for 30 mins

Check after 30 mins and and dip a toothpick. Once the cake comes out clean the cake is ready.

Once done put it on a rack to cool and then turn it out and serve with ice-cream.
