Steps

Add water to flour and knead dough. Rest it for 30 minutes. Soak broken wheat in advance for 2 hours.

Remove access water from broken wheat. Grate potato and Paneer and add it to soaked broken wheat. Add thin Poha. Add dry masalas.

Make roti from dough. Chop capsicum and onion.

Make long kebabs from broken wheat mixture. Put butter on hot griddle and place kebabs. Let it roast and cook on both sides.

Keep kebabs on side. Add capsicum and onion julians. Saute it in light butter. Add seasoning. Keep it aside on tava and warm up roti on tava. Take roti on dish. Spread all sauces and ketchup.

Place Sauted veggies in middle add kebab to it.

Roll it tightly and wrap in foil. Make all wraps accordingly. Enjoy hot Frankie as brunch or early evening dinner.
