Place the beaten eggs in one bowl and bread crumbs in another one. Dip the veal slices first into the eggs and then in the bread crumbs. The meat slices should be well coated.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet, and fry the veal over high heat until both sides are golden and crispy. You can fry the veal slices in batches.

To serve, place the fried veal slices in a serving dish and garnish with lemon wedges, chopped tomatoes and basil leaves.
