Wash and cut the beans from corners

Place tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute to remove their skin. Cut tomatoes in small dices, remove the seeds

Cut oignons in thin slices

Crush garlic with mortar

Put olive oil on medium fire, add oignons, beans, and garlic for 4-5mins.

Add the water, for a few mins

Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, pepper, salt and cook for around 1/2hour
