  2. 1 bowlCurd
  3. 2 tbspBesan / gram flour
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. a pinchTurmeric
  6. a pinchHing / asafoetida

Steps

  1. 1

    Blanch palak

  2. 2

    Mix curd and besan and make a batter

  3. 3

    Now boil curd batter along with 2 cups water and add continue mix till palak cahnge in puree

  4. 4

    Add salt and turmeric take 2 boil and pinch of hing and serve.
