  • 1onion sliced
  • 1potato sliced
  • as per tastesalt
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2whole red chilli
  • 1bay leaf
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspnigella seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    First take oil,add nigella seeds,bay leaf,whole red chilli

  2. 2

    Now stir fry onion,potato,brinzal and salt,turmeric

  3. 3

    Stir fry continuously till it become tender and serve with rice.
