In a bowl add chicken, yougurt, tikka masala, gg paste and marinate for some time. Heat oil and cook the chicken until all the water dries out and its tender

Making Chinese rice : Boil rice and keep aside. Heat oil and fry eggs and cut them in small pieces. Add all the vegetables cut in small and add soya sauce, Chinese salt, salt, pepper and mix well add rice and fried eggs and give dam.

Cut tomatoes in thin circles, cut potatoes in chips form and fry them to make crispy chips. Cut spring onion

Assembling : Layer fried rice in a baking tray and chicken on it, layer tomatoes and, potatoes, spring onion. In the end melt butter in a microwave and add in a generous quantity on the top. I used blue band butter. Bake in a oven until tomatoes and soft on a low flame for like 25 mins. Serve hot. Enjoy.
