Steps
- 1
First take a bowl. Put cheena on it. Mash it with your hands for 10 - 15 minutes. After mashing add sugar, maida and semolina and again mash it for 10 minutes.
- 2
Then make small sized balls out of cheena and press it a little and press a little bit at center. Then switch on the gas. Take a kadhai. Heat oil. When the oil gets heated, fry the cheena balls at medium flame until it turns golden brown.
- 3
Take out the cheena balls and put it on a plate and keep aside. Take a pan and heat 1 litre of milk. Stir until the milk becomes thick and reduced to 1/4. Then add sugar and saffron.
- 4
Stir the milk until it changes it's colour. After that add dry fruits and mix it well. After that take it on a big bowl and let it cool.
- 5
Then add Fried cheena balls to it. Left it for 1 hour. Then take it on a plate and serve it. Our delicious sweet and favorite of Lord Jagannath Rasabali is ready.
