Wash and peel cut potatoes in square shape.

Now heat oil in high flame and fry potatoes in medium-low flame.

When the colour change of potatoes in golden brown remove them.

Now take a one bowl mix fried potatoes, finely chopped tomato, finally chopped cucumber, roasted peanuts, red chilli powder, chaat masala, sendha namak, and chopped coriander leaves and mix it.

Now take plate and serve it.
