Soak Urad and moong for 6/7 hour or over night.Grind it let rest for few hours,to ferment,(if u don't want to rest it add soda).Add salt to the batter,batter should not be too thick or flowing consistency,just right to hold in finger to make balls.

Heat oil,make small ball with the batter deep fry till crispy.Now add these ball in water let them soak water, squeeze out water and oil,place in a bowl,pour curd beaten with sugar. Serve with imli chutney chat masala,for spice add red chilli powder.
