Wash and soak the rajma overnight. Then boil it with little salt and water.

In a pressure cooker heat oil and ghee and add all whole spices.

Add the grated ginger and saute for 30 seconds.

Add the tomato puree and mix well.
- 5
Add salt and other spices and saute till oil separates.
- 6
Add the boiled rajma and more water to make gravy and cook again for 2-3 whistles.

Serve hot with rice.
