Kakora fry
Steps

Heat oil in a deep cooking pot at medium flame.

At side wash two cup kakora and cut it into thin slices.

Then put the slices in a bowl and to that add one spoon haldi,one spoon chilli powder,half spoon salt (you can add it swad anusar) and if you want to little bit tastier you can add half spoon besan/atta.

Mix all throughly.

Then to that heated oil fry the kakora..

When it get little red brown take it out. put this in a plate having oil absorbing cooking paper so to absorb excess oil.

Then garnish it with little black pepper or you can add chat masala also..as well as chopped coriander leaves.

Then serve it with rice.
