Clean the mushroom and chopped it.

First shallow fry the mushroom in little bit of oil for 5-10 min then keep it aside.

Heat 2 tbsp of oil in that same pan add cumin seeds, crushed garlic cloves, green chilli and ginger garlic paste. And mix it well.

Add half cup water and all the dry spices. Stir it for 2 min.

When oil starts separating from the gravy add fried mushroom.

Mix it for 3-4 min and it's done.
