First switch on the gas. Take a pan. Add 1 cup water to it. When the water starts to boil add sugar to it. Mix it for 5-10 minutes until the sugar melts. Then add cardamom. Switch off the gas. Sugar syrup is ready.

Take the khoya and make small sized balls out of it. Grind moong dal with a thick paste. Dip the khoya balls in moong dal paste.

Switch on the gas. Take a kadhai. Heat oil. Deep fry the balls at low heat until it turns golden brown colour. Then take out khoya moong baras and put it in sugar syrup. Let it for 1 hour. Our Nuakhai special snack Khoya Rasbara is ready to serve.
