Bread gulab jamun mousse

For gulabjamun,take 4 slices of bread,cut off the dark edges

Now add in a mixer grinder to make fine crumbs

Remove crumbs in a bowl,add 1 tsp ghee to it,mix well

Now add milk little by little and knead to make smooth dough

Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes

Meanwhile make sugar syrup

In a pan pour 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water

Cook until sugar dissolves completely,keep the pan on low flame,stir occasionally till you get a half string consistency

The syrup should feel sticky and not watery, switch off the flame

Add 1/4 tsp lemon juice,1/4 tsp cardamom powder and 6-7 strands of kesar

After 10 minutes Grease your hands with ghee and knead dough again

Make small balls from the dough

Roll it nicely between both hands until smooth,

Now heat ghee in a pan

Place jamun in ghee,for frying

Keep the flame medium until they turn golden in colour from all sides

Soak these fried gulabjamun in warm sugar syrup

Now prepare mousse

Warm the fresh cream in microwave for 1 minute

Add this warm cream into chopped white chocolate,mix well so that chocolate melts

Add condensed milk,mix well

Add this mixture into whipped cream

Don't over mix,pour the mixture in piping bag

Now take shot glasses

Put 1 gulabjamun in each glass,put mousse in glasses over gulabjamun

Put these glasses in fridge for 30 minutes before topping

After half an hour topped these mousse with chopped pistachios, chocolate chips,and few more gulabjamun
