Ingredients

  1. 1 small bowl rice
  2. 1 small bowl green moong daal
  3. 1/2 tsphing / asafoetida
  4. 1/2 tsp salt
  5. to taste black pepper
  6. as needed Desi ghee
  7. 1/2 tspjeera / cumin
  8. 1/2 tspdry coriander
  9. 2 bowlwater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the rice and daal

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add oil and water and rice, daal

  3. 3

    Add to all masale like salt black peperr hing etc.

  4. 4

    Get the steam 1 to 2 whistle and cooked

  5. 5

    Then ready to serve.
