Ingredients

  1. Spinach
  2. Pumpkin
  3. Blended tomatoes,onion pepper and attarugu
  4. Chopped garlic(optional)
  5. Spring onion (optional)
  6. Grounded groundnut
  7. Beef(you can use any meat of your choice)
  8. Palm oil or groundnut oil
  9. Salt and seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut pumpkin into small pieces wash meat and put them inside a clean pot add water salt and seasoning and cook till soft.

    Cut spinach with onion and wash with salt or vinegar to kill the microorganisms inside the spinach and set aside

    Add palm oil or ground nut oil (depnding on your choice)inside a pot and allow it yo hot.

    Fry your cooked meat inside the hot oil after frying add your blended tomatoes and continue frying for 5-6minute

    Add your water inside the fried tomatoe,and also the grinded groundnut allow it to boil for 5-8minute add salt and seasoning of your choice.

    Add the pumpkin that you turn into paste and cook for another 2minute. And also add your spinach and allow it to cook half done.your pumpkin soup is now ready it can be eating with rice fufu, semo, waina and all fufu of your choice.
