  • 4raw banana boiled
  • 2boiled potatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspamchoor powder
  • 1/4 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1/2 tspdhania powder
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 1finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped dhania patta
  • 4 tbspoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash boiled raw banana and potatoes.

    Add all the dry masala powder and onion and dhania patta. Mix well

    Make square patty and shallow fry on medium flame till golden from both sides. Serve hot
