Battered Mushrooms
Delicious and easy vegan fried side dish!
Steps

Chop mushrooms in thick slices

In a bowl, combine flour, chickpea flour, salt, herbs and spices. Whisk in the water.

Gently stir in mushrooms until completely covered.

Fry until golden brown (flipping halfway through) in a wide pan. You can either laddle 1 mushroom at a time or more. Serve warm. Enjoy :)
