Steps

Soak soya bari in water and chop all vegetables

Heat oil in pan and add ginger,garlic and onion saute all of them and add green chillies

Add one by one veggies and cook them

Add all spices

Lastly add boiled brown rice and coriander leaves and mix all of them
- 6
Squeeze lemon juice and add garam masala our healthy soya pulao is ready to serve
