Grind the dates with cashews and 100ml cold milk into a smooth puree.

Boil remaining 300 ml milk.

When it begins to boil add finely chopped pistachio, condensed milk and cardamom powder one by one.

Boil the milk 5 more minutes.

Switch off the stove and allow it to cool for 30 minutes.

Now add the dates puree and mix well.

Pour them into gulfi mould and keep in the freezer for 12 hours

After 12 hours immerse the mould in cold water for 3 minutes and separate the gulfi from the mould.

Enjoy the chill chill healthy dates gulfi.
