Ingredients

  • 250 gMoong daal (wshed and soaked)
  • 250 gdesi ghee
  • 150 gsugar
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 2 pinchapproved sweet yellow colour for cooking
  • 1small piece of cloth to dry daal

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind daal in grinderi. Take the cloth and dry daal.

  2. 2

    Boil ghee in pan then put daal and fry it for 1/2 hour.

  3. 3

    When ghee get separated, put milk.

  4. 4

    When milk get evaporated milk then put sugar in it.

  5. 5

    Now put colour in it and serve it 😋.
