Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gmsFinger millet (ragi)
  2. 100 gmsFoxtail millet (thinai)
  3. 200 mlCondensed milk
  4. 100 gmsBarnyard millet (kutharaivali)
  5. 100 gmsKodo millet (varagu)
  6. Little millet (saamai)
  7. 200 mlFresh cream
  8. 1 cupJaggery
  9. 100 gmsKodo millet (varagu)
  10. 100 gmsLittle millet (saamai)
  11. 1 cupJaggery

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all the millets together.

    Dry roast them in a dry pan.

    Wash once. Then cook then in boiling water until they are soft.
    To this add Jaggery,Once the Jaggery. Melts completely chilli it.
    Then cool and make a smooth paste of this in food processor.

  2. 2

    To the cooled smooth paste add fresh cream and condensed milk.

    Mix them well and transfer to a ice cream tray or any air tight container.
    Freeze it overnight.The next day scoop them and serve.
    The most amazing flavor is waiting yet to be tasted.

In one of the websites for your recipe the cream is 200ml, in another it says 20ml . So I am confused
