Ingredients

  • 1-Cup multi grain atta
  • 1/2-Cup rolled Oats
  • 1/4-Cup chopped green garlic
  • 1-tsp roasted jeera powder / cumin powder
  • 1-tsp red chilli flakes
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/4-Cup oil
  • as neededGhee to apply on bhakhri
  • as neededWater to knead water

Steps

  1. 1

    Accept ghee mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a hard dough with the help of water.

    Cover with plate keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

    Knead again to soften & Make equal rounds

    Roll bhakhri & cook on slow flame both the sides by pressing bhakhri with wooden handle.

    Bhakhri is cooked from both the sides on slow flame

    Can prepare 8 crispy bhakhris like baked biscuits very tasty serve hot.
