Accept ghee mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead a hard dough with the help of water.

Cover with plate keep aside for 1/2 an hour.

Knead again to soften & Make equal rounds

Roll bhakhri & cook on slow flame both the sides by pressing bhakhri with wooden handle.

Bhakhri is cooked from both the sides on slow flame
- 6
Can prepare 8 crispy bhakhris like baked biscuits very tasty serve hot.
