What a better way to incorporate everyones best dish when cooking a meal, with this simple meal both the kids and adults are considered therefore they will all enjoy and no more fights during meal time with kids because they don't want to eat food (ugali) so pasta is a good replacement. My family enjoyed this meal and I hope yours will too.

  1. 3chicken breasts
  2. 3 tbsall purpose flour
  3. Salt
  4. 2 tbsdark soy sauce
  5. 1 tbshoney
  6. 2 tbscooking oil
  7. 2 clovesgarlic
  8. 1 pieceginger
  9. 200 gmsPasta
  10. Salt
  11. Water
  12. 1 tbsBlueband
  13. 3 bunchesMchicha
  14. Water
  15. Onion
  16. 1/2 (1 cup)milk
  17. Cooking oil
  18. Salt

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash you chicken breast and slice them into pieces.

    Coat then in flour, which is seasoned with salt.

    In a pan put cooking oil and when hot start putting in the chicken pieces while shaking to release excess flour.

    After 5 minutes turn them so that the upper side can also cook.

    In a bowl mix the honey, soy sauce, water, slices of ginger and garlic and pork into the pan once the chicken has browned on both sides.

    Let it cook for 5 more minutes then serve.

    Pasta, bring water to a boil add in Salt and spaghetti, cook for 10 minutes then drain off the excess water and run cold water through the spaghetti. Put it back to the sufuria and add in blueband, let it cook for 2 minutes and serve.

    Mchicha, boil them in little water for 5 minutes and set aside.

  9. 9

    Fry onions until they are golden brown then add in your vegetables mix well and pour in 1/2 a cup of milk and let it cook on low heat for another 5 minutes. Serve
