Ingredients

4 people
  • 8 slicesfresh white bread
  • 4boiled potatoes
  • 1 cupchopped spring onions
  • 1 cupgrated carrots
  • 1/2 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/2chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoonJeera
  • 1 tablespooncurry leaves
  • 3-4chopped green chillis
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all take bread slices, cut all the corner, then take a pan put on the gas stove, at medium flame, add oil, put Jeera than add chopped regular onion and chopped green chillis. Mix well then add spring onions, grated carrots. Then mashed boil potatoes.

    Mix well then add boiled mashed potatoes, then add all spices, cook for four to five minutes, then mix chopped coriander leaves, switch off the gas flame, the stuff is ready.

    Then take one bread, dip in the water, so it's become soft put this vegetable potatoes stuff.

    Then bind all over, than make chop shapes, hence in this way we will prepare all chop.

  5. 5

    Now take a dip kadhai, put two cups of oil for frying, heat them at low medium flame, insert chop one by one, fry here and keep out.

    Now, serve with tomato sauce and cucumber, carrot, spring onions salad.
