
Fruit salad with leftover rice
Steps

Take the leftover rice, milk and sugar in a blender and blend it well.

Keep the mix in stove in medium flame. Stir it well until a thick consistency.

Switch off the stove and let the mixture cool. Add vanilla essence to it and stir well. Now the custard is ready.

Cut the fruits into 1inch thick size and mix it in the custard prepared and refrigerate it. Have it after 1hour
