Ingredients

  • 500 gmsbhindi/okra
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbspkitchen king masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • As per tasteKashmiri red chilli
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 2 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspkasoori methi
  • 1-2 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1 tspdry mango powder
  • 2 tspcarom
  • 2 tbspmustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and slit bhindi, collect all ingredients

    In hot oil add ginger garlic andd all spices,cook well for few minutes

    Add bhindi and mix well,cove and cook till it get soft,addd kasoori methi and serve hot
