  • 1-1/3 cupchopped multicolored sweet peppers
  • 1/2of an onion finely chopped
  • 1 cupstuffed green olives
  • 2-1/2 tablespoonschopped parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoonchopped thyme
  • 1 teaspoonwhole leaf Mexican oregano
  • 1 teaspoonbasil
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupdried tart cherries or raisins
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 28 ouncestomato sauce
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆noodles◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • 1large carrot
  • 1large zucchini
  • ◆◆◆◆◆◆◆toppings◆◆◆◆◆◆◆
  • to tastegrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Brown the meats with the onions, peppers, and spices. Slice the olives and add. When browned add cherries. Let simmer 20 minutes covered.

    Add the tomato sauce and simmer 15 minutes
