  2. Salt
  3. Egusi
  4. Fish
  5. Crayfish
  6. Pepper
  7. Palmoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam the fish with salt,pepper and on onion.fry in bleached palmoil a bit.

  2. 2

    Bleach the palmoil fry the blended egusi pour in the fish stock,add more water boil and add crayfish,Pepper,salt,star cubes.boil more.wash out the bitter taste from the bitterleaves and add to the soup.
