Boil rice with whole spice, salt, mint green chillies untill soft and drain it.let it cool completely

In a pot add ghee 1 & 1/2 cup than add onions stir fry untill it changes its colour.than add wholw spices and cook for 2 min Add chicken and cook for 5 min Now add spices and cook for 5, 7 min than add some water and cover for 7,8 min.Now add curd and cook it very well for 5,6 min.now add some water and cover it for 5 min.masala is ready

In a pot add some gravy, put some layer of rice.Now again repeat this procedure and mix some yellow food colur in milk and pour into rice and add some mint leaves, lemon slices, tomatoes slices, fried onions and keep it for daam for 15 minutes
