Steps

Use warm water wash the ukwa and cook with a pressure pot untill is is soft sieve out excess water drink it cos is part of ukwa.

Pound pepper,add salt and sliced onion add drops of palmoil and pour in the ukwa stir very well.slice utazi leaves on top and eat.

Season and boil the snail(cleaned).fry in bleached palmoil.
- 4
Slice the plantain and fry in vegetable oil.break the coconut cut in small chunks and blend sieve out the liquid and serve chilled
