Ingredients

  • 8Chocolate Chip cookies
  • 2 tbspmilk powder
  • 2 tbspIcing sugar
  • 2 tbspcoconut milk powder
  • 2 tbsppeppermint powder
  • as requiredAs required milk
  • for batter
  • 100 gmsall purpose flour
  • 1/4 tspbaking soda
  • as requiredWater
  • as requiredOil to fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all purpose flour,
    baking soda and water, mix well to form batter.
    Mix milk powder, Icing sugar, coconut milk powder, pepper mint powder add milk to form cream consistency, now apply cream on cookie and cover with another cookie dip into batter and fry in hot oil. Drizzle chocolate syrup on pops
