Take a bowl and boil water in it

Roast suji for 5-7 minutes in a kadhai at low flame

Take out suji from kadhai and add oil in it

Add hing, garlic, mustard seeds, jeera, chopped onions and curry leaves. Fry it for 2 minutes

Now add chopped tomatoes and fry for 2 minutes

Add all spices in it

Add roast suji in it and mix well

Now add boiled water in it slowly slowly and stir it continuously. Fry it for 2 minutes

Garnish it with coriander leaves. Your upma is ready.
