
Grilled mutton with cream dip

In a kadai, take a little oil and heat it. Put meat pieces and cook for sometimes so that it becomes soft. Sprinkle some salt and add a pinch of turmeric and chilli powder.

Once it is cooked take meat out and poke grill sticks in it. 2 pieces in each grill sticks.

In that kadai pour 2 cup oil and fry onions along with cumin seeds, cardamom powder, fennel seeds. Put a little salt. Take onions out draining oil.

Heat a grill pan. Apply some oil and grill the cooked muttons pieces.

Take a bowl and pour whipped cream. It is dip for meat.

Take meat out when grilled nicely. Sprinkle salt as per taste and some crushed black pepper. Put fried onions and serve with cream dip.
