A tangy tasty filling added in between two layers of bread and deep fried.
Steps

In a bowl add besan and water to make a flowing paste. Add salt, carom seeds and mix well and keep aside.

In another bowl add boiled mashed potatoes. Season with salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, aamchur powder, coriander leaves, turmeric and mix well.

Take two slices of bread. On one slice apply green mint chutney and on another apply tomato ketchup.

Spread the potato filling on the slice and place the other slice over it.

Dip the whole sandwich into the besan paste and deep fry till it turns golden brown from both sides.

Cut into triangles and serve.
