  1. 1/2 kgpeas
  2. 250 gmjimikand
  3. 1Onion
  4. 1Tomato
  5. 5-6Garlic
  6. as required Ghee
  7. as neededSalt
  8. as neededRed pepper
  9. 1 tspTurmeric
  10. 1 tspGaram masala
  11. 1 tbspCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped the jimikand fry it.

  2. 2

    Take a pan put 1 tablespoon ghee add onion like brown in colour and put tomato,Garlic,fry it and peas

  3. 3

    Add much needed water, givikand. Wait for 2 whistles

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander

  5. 5

    Serve it.
