Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpeas
  • 250 gmjimikand
  • 1Onion
  • 1Tomato
  • 5-6Garlic
  • as required Ghee
  • as neededSalt
  • as neededRed pepper
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • 1 tbspCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped the jimikand fry it.

  2. 2

    Take a pan put 1 tablespoon ghee add onion like brown in colour and put tomato,Garlic,fry it and peas

  3. 3

    Add much needed water, givikand. Wait for 2 whistles

  4. 4

    Garnish with coriander

  5. 5

    Serve it.
