Sun dry Moringa branches for 2 hrs. Then dry the Moringa leaves in the shade for 12 hrs.

After 12 hrs dry roast Moringa leaves for 5 minutes and transfer it into a plate.

Next dry roast curry leaves,sesame seeds, red chillies, hing powder and crystal salt for 5 minutes and transfer it into the plate. Cool it for 30 minutes and grind it in the mixie jar.

Transfer this powder into an air tight container.

This powder is a healthy side dish for idli and dosa.

Prepare uthappam in the mini uthappam pan.

Sprinkle finely chopped onion, tomato, coriander leaves and Moringa leaves Podi on the uthappam.

Now healthy Moringa leaves Podi uthappam can be served with Chutney or sambhar.
