Pick soya beans and soak overnight, wash well to remove dirts and stones, peel Ginger and add to the washed soya bean. Blend into a smooth paste and sieve out the milk.

Turn the milk into a pot and cook until it boils, watch closely so it doesn't spill and make a mess of your kitchen. When it starts boiling, allow to boil for like 3 minutes and remove from heat. Allow to cool and add sugar to taste. You can add food coloring of your choice and flavor.

Serve warm or chilled and enjoy 😋
