2 cupsboiled rice
2 spoonsghee
1/2 spooncumin seeds
1 spoonchopped garlic
1onion chopped
1finely chopped carrot
4 spoonsblanched pea
1/2capsicum chopped
As per tasteSalt and pepper as taste

Heat a pan add ghee,cumin seeds, garlic, onion, carrot, capsicum and green peas

Saute it and add salt, pepper and boiled rice, mix it and serve with papad
