Ingredients

  • 4 pcsguavas, remove the center part and peel the skin
  • 80 gramspreserved orange peel
  • 2 tablespoonswhite vinegar
  • 1 pcred chilli padi, finely chopped
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Guava, peel the skin, remove the seed/center part.

  2. 2

    Mix with the rest of the ingredients. I used this one for this first trial.

    Keep it in the fridge for 4-6 hours and the guava will absorb the flavour of the orange peel and become very juicy. Enjoy!
